XVI International Charity Film Festival «Luchezarny Angel» under the slogan «Good Films» will take place in Moscow from November 01, 2019 till November 07, 2019.

If you want to participate in the festival programme, please send to e-mail of the Directorate luchangel@mail.ru the link to the film to be watched by the Selection Committee, the entry form in doc/docx format and its scanned copy signed by the copyright holder, as well as all the materials necessary for the festival catalogue, namely: film shots, brief biography, photo and filmography of the director.

Registration for participation is carried out till July 31, 2019 (the date included).
